RODBOURNE RAIL RURAL OFFICES

Rodbourne Rail Business Centre commenced in 2002 with the conversion of one old farm building and now the site has 8 units to rent out.  

We have converted unused farm buildings keeping their features but creating a modern office space.  All our units are fitted with an intruder alarm and connected to fire and smoke alarm systems.  

The Business Centre is set in a farmyard setting with easy access 2 miles from Malmesbury off A429 and 5 miles for J17 of M4. All units have mains electricity which is partly supplied by solar panels on the farm, ample parking, dedicated fibre line, air source heat pumps, intruder alarm and fire/smoke alarm systems.  The offices range in size from 600 sq ft to 1200 sq ft.
